Return Policy
- In case of receiving a wrong, tampered or damaged product, ZeepMedz.com on request will reship the right product free of cost.
- We shall not be accountable for damages caused to the package whilst customs department handling.
Refund Policy
We provide 100% refund in case of:
- Incorrect product delivery
- Untimely delivery of product
- Delivery of damaged product
- Product not delivered
- Cancellation within 24 hours of placing order
Cancellation Policy
- Customer can cancel order within 24 hours on the condition we haven’t dispatched their order.
- Customer shall not be liable for a refund in case he/she provides incorrect information while placing order.
- Refund request shall be annulled in case refund and charge back request fail to meet required terms and conditions.
- If order is cancelled after 24 hours, 50 per cent of the billing amount shall be deducted towards bank charges.
